GIEBEL FilTec GmbH designs and produces aeration dryers for hydraulic power units, gearboxes, storage tanks and drums & IBCs at its Bretzfeld site and is one of the most important suppliers in this niche market.
We would like to expand our team and are looking for a financial accountant (m/f/d) - part-time for 10-20 hours per week at the Bretzfeld site.
Responsibilities
- Invoice verification
- Posting vendor invoices
- Reconciliation of accounts and account statements
- Assigning & clarifying unclear items
- Monitoring incoming payments, checking reminders
- General activities for the month-end closing
- Preparatory payroll accounting
Must Have
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable & financial accounting
- Business fluent in German
- Good IT skills
- Independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working
