Responsibilities
- You will work in a well-coordinated team and take on the following tasks:
- Checking and posting vendor invoices
- Account reconciliation and comparison of account statements
- Clarification of open or unclear items
- Monitoring incoming payments and processing reminders
- Support with month-end closing tasks
- Support with preparatory payroll accounting (no sole responsibility, structured training, fixed software & clear processes)
- General accounting tasks in day-to-day business
Must Have
- Commercial training or comparable practical experience
- Basic to solid knowledge of accounting
- Confident use of MS Office
- A structured, reliable way of working
- Enjoy working with numbers and being part of a team
