GIEBEL FilTec GmbH designs and produces aeration dryers for hydraulic power units, gearboxes, storage tanks and drums & IBCs at its Bretzfeld site and is one of the most important suppliers in this niche market.
We would like to expand our team and are looking for a Order processing & purchasing employee - with technical understanding
Order processing and purchasing are your hobbyhorse, you feel comfortable dealing with customers, enjoy technical products, think and act in a solution-oriented manner, are organized, have strong communication skills and have experience with the common MS Office programs - then this job is just right for you!
Responsibilities
- Preparation of quotations, order processing and coordination with logistics & shipping for our national and international customers
- Communication with customers regarding delivery dates, postponements, customer solutions and project status
- Purchasing materials and components in close coordination with production
- Close cooperation with production and prioritization of orders
Must Have
- Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. industrial clerk, technical clerk or similar)
- Professional experience in internal sales, ideally with contact to shipping, purchasing or production planning
- Technical understanding and interest in technical products
- Independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working
- Business fluent in German and English
- Good IT skills, especially in dealing with MS Office
