To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated person in the internal sales department who will provide professional support to our dealers and customers throughout Europe and actively support our field sales colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and processing of quotations, order confirmations, delivery bills and invoices
- Supporting and advising our national and international customers in the office
- Close cooperation with the field sales team for optimal sales support
- General administrative tasks in the sales environment
- Correspondence and documentation, also in English
- Communication with forwarding agents, parcel services and customs authorities
Must Have
- Experience in sales
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working
- Business fluent in German
- Good IT skills, especially in dealing with MS Office

- Additional languages
- A super cool head - even in stressful situations
- Class B driver's license
